Schedule a viewing appointment of the property.
If you have seen a property, either through our messages or on your own, that you would like to view, we will promptly schedule an appointment for you with the selling real estate agent.
Step 3
Property viewing
Before accompanying you during the visit, we have prepared ourselves by reviewing all the information about the property, so we can discuss everything adequately with you. During the visit, we pay attention to aspects such as the maintenance condition and the quality of the finishing, allowing you to focus on whether you can envision yourself living in the property in the future. After the visit, we will have a consultation to exchange experiences.
Step 4
Bidding process
If you wish to purchase the property, we will inquire with the selling party about the bidding procedure. Next, we will discuss any reservations with you, such as a construction inspection or a reservation of obtaining financing. Once everything is clear, we will submit a bid on your behalf for the property and guide you throughout the entire bidding process.
Step 5
Purchase and contracts
Congratulations, you have successfully purchased the property, and the selling real estate agent will prepare the purchase contract. If applicable, we will arrange the structural inspection and can assist you in connecting with a intermediary to arrange the financing. We will review the purchase agreement and all related documents on your behalf, making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is accurate. Once everything is in order, the deed will be signed.

Property handover
